  1. Do I have to coat them in breadcrumbs or can I just oil and season them?? Didn't know if the crumbs and mustard are secret to keeping them moist?   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Traci P. Reply

  1. Two thick boneless 80% frozen chops took 50 minutes. So happy to find this last minute recipe -- moist and tasty!   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Just Him and Me Reply 1
  2. I used thin cut pork chops, at 400* for 30 minutes and they were perfect. I also used plain panko bread crumbs but instead of Dijon mustard I used a jalapeno mustard/mayo that I had instead. Couldn't load the pic cause I don't use Facebook. But this was a great idea recipe to play with.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Roger L. Reply See 1 Reply
  3. I cooked mine for an hour but I added some potatoes wrapped in tinfoil. I sprinkled some Italian salad dressing on the plain crushed curtons as well. Was very happy to find this recipe and it turned out great.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Chuck P. Reply
