The Fuck Anton can be found in a Treasure Chest at the base of a palm tree on Guau-Guau Island, close to a camp.
However it needs the Mysterious Key, which Chorizo digs up during the "Fetch Quest" Side Quest. Once you have the Mysterious Key, return to this chest and use the key on it to get the gun.

Improved move speed while aiming
Thanks to its Muzzle Brake and pair of normal Mods, the Fuck Anton has better accuracy and reload/draw times than the normal AK-M.
The Fuck Anton also comes equipped with Poison Rounds, which can be handy if you don't have that Ammo Type bought for any other weapons, but this reduces its damage somewhat.
It also has no scope, which can make it tricky to hit enemies at longer distances with it.
