What is G Fuel?

G Fuel is a natural energy drink, or as the founders like to call it, an “energy formula.” The drink quickly became the official Esports energy drink due to its brain-and-focus enhancing ingredients.

My personal G Fuel experience review

After learning that G Fuel is not Mountain Dew’s “Game Fuel,” I went to gfuel.com to see what they have. I bought:

The carbonated drinks

Since I was used to drinking carbonated energy drinks, the carbonated G Fuel cans were an easy transition. While they did not pop with flavor as much Red Bull or Rockstar, I felt like that was OK since G Fuel contains 0 sugar. It gave me that sense of “Hey, you’re drinking something healthier here, don’t be so picky.”

The drink mixes

At first, the drink mixes were alright, in my opinion. I have never really been a fan of drink mixes. The lack of carbonation didn’t feel the same. Needless to say, the carbonated drinks vanished first.

As I was starting to near the end of my drink mixes, I had actually grown to like them more. Not so much cause they taste wonderful, although they do taste pretty good. But mainly by how G Fuel made me feel.

3-month user review

It enhances my focus and energy without that unwanted jittery feeling, as I’ve experienced when drinking a few Bang or C4 energy drinks. Additionally, I did not get that “crash” feeling afterward either.

I’m by no means a morning person. I roll out of bed at around 10 am, and I’m not fully functioning until around 11-11:30 am. But with G Fuel, I feel more energized, yet not like my heart will explode. I feel more focused, yet not abnormal. Truth be told, I feel great!

So as I was nearing the end of my G Fuel drink mixes, I went to Amazon and bought a tub of G Fuel Fazeberry. Mainly because I have Prime, so I’ve grown used to free 2-day shipping.

Honestly, I feel like the tubs are overall better than the drink mixes. I don’t know if they are more “fresh” or if they are made different. But now that I’m nearing the end of my tub (it’s lasted me well over a month so far, by the way), I will definitely be ordering another one.

Truth be told, I no longer desire other energy drinks. Sure a Red Bull tastes good, but why consume a ton of sugar and experience a crash feeling when I have something so much healthier available, without the side effects?
