Minacious Isle Island 1 & 2 Map Appearance

Minacious Island is located at the South part of the Golden Apple Archipelago, and it has two island layout. It can be changed by using the mechanism called "Place in Water".

This island is also related to Mona's mirage that can be played as a limited-time event called Summertime Odyssey.

Minacious Isle Gimmicks Summary

Gimmicks	Description
▼Place in Water	A mechanism used to change Golden Apple Archipelago islands map layout.
▼Elemental Monument	- Can be activated depending on the element carved on it. - Can sometimes be activated with a pattern
▼Constellation	- Use the constellation pattern as a hint to solve the puzzle └ Can be solved using torches and stone plates
▼Torch	- Can be activated using a Pyro Character. - Light the torches according to pattern given in a certain order.
▼Wall Carvings	- Can be found at the bottom of the ruins. - Lightens up when touched - You can obtain a treasure chest upon solving the puzzle according to a certain pattern
Countdown Device	- Once activated you must destroy the vases nearby on a given time limit. └ In case you fail the time trial, you can always reset it and start all over again

The whole area of Golden Apple Archipelago has 2 map layouts. You can change the map layout by using this Place in Water mechanism. There are different gimmicks and puzzles on every map, you can always use this if you are searching and completing a certain quest.

Elemental Monument Gimmick

Element	Effects
Hydro	- Will give you a raining effect.
Cryo	- It will give a fog effect - Phantom (purple apparition) will appear └ Follow the purple creature and obtain a treasure chest
Pyro	- It will give a fire effect like a torch
Anemo	- It gives a wind current effect that will help you fly to higher grounds.

Elemental monuments that exist both in island layout 1 or 2, regardless of the island, can be activated according to their elements. Some of them have some patterns or chronological order to activate & solve the puzzles.

How To Solve Element Monument Gimmick 1

If the warp hole in the sky does not appear, please try the same procedure in the Island 2.

①	Go to the map location indicated on the map above (Island 1)
②	Follow the Elements of the stone monument by order of Pyro → Anemo → Cryo → Hydro
③	Warp holes will appear generated at the top of the air
④	Activate the anemo element stone monument, and glide to the wind and go towards the warp hole.
⑤	Get the 3 Starlight Coalescence and unlock a luxurious chests.

How To Solve Element Monument Gimmick 2

①	Activate the cryo monument at the bottom of the ruins of the Island 1
②	Follow the purple crane that appears next to the elemental stone monument
③	Activate the flame torch when everything transformed into a flame torch x 4 └ A chest will appear

How To Solve Element Monument Gimmick 3

①	Launched the Ice Element Stone Monument near the pond on the current island
②	The three purple animals will appear near Palace In The Water
③	Follow them one by one
④	After following the animals, a treasure chest will appear

How To Solve Torch Puzzle

Hot To Solve The Torch Inside The Room

You will encounter this room upon doing the Thus Was the Work Done in Vain Quest. Light up all the flame torches in order to unlock the gate.

Solve The Upside Down Torch

The upside down torch can't be lighten up, however remember the lit torches and unlit torches as it will be the hint for the other flame torch puzzle that is located on the Minacious Island 2 (refer on the table below).

The characters carved on the wall of the ruins in the Island 2 that can be activated or deactivated upon touching. There is a hint on the wall on the Island 1, use it in order to solve the puzzle and obtain a treasure chest.

Collect 8 Starlight Coalescence

Collect 8 Starlight Coalescence and place it on the designated location to unlock and obtain 3 luxurious chest.

Starlight Coalescence Locations

8 Starlight Coalescence can be collected and can be placed on the top of the mountain. Apparently, you can collect up to 18 Starlight Coalescence, however the usage for the 9th Star Coalescence is still unknown, though it might have a latter usage in the game.

Unlock Cages Using Sea Salt-Crusted Key
