Gerudo Wasteland

The Gerudo Wasteland (also known as the Gerudo Desert) is found in the far Southwestern area of Hyrule - a hot and dusty area with scorching climates during the day and freezing temperatures at night. It is where the Gerudo make their home, as well as a few outposts for those not allowed inside the Gerudo's home.

While the desert is vast - it is home to many monsters including: Moblins and Electric Chuchus above the canyon wastelands and many Electric Lizalfos hiding in the desert.

Gerudo Wasteland Shrines and Shrine Quests

The Gerudo Wasteland Region has a total of 12 Shrines. Four of the Gerudo Wasteland Shrines are hidden until their Shrine Quest is completed.

2. Daqo Chisay Shrine
3. Dila Maag Shrine - Shrine Quest - South Lomei Labyrinth
4. Hawa Koth Shrine
5. Jee Noh Shrine
6. Kay Noh Shrine
7. Kema Zoos Shrine
8. Korsh O'hu Shrine - Shrine Quest - The Seven Heroines
9. Misae Suma Shrine - Shrine Quest - The Perfect Drink
10. Raqa Zunzo Shrine - Shrine Quest - The Undefeated Champ
11. Suma Sahma Shrine
12. Tho Kayu Shrine

The following Side Quests begin in the Gerudo Wasteland Region.

• The Search for Barta @ Gerudo Town
• Medicinal Molduga @ Gerudo Town
• The Eighth Heroine @ Gerudo Town
• The Mystery Polluter @ Gerudo Town
• The Secret Club's Secret @ Gerudo Town
• Tools of the Trade @ Gerudo Town
• The Forgotten Sword @ Gerudo Town
• Missing in Action @ Gerudo Canyon Stable
• Rushroom Rush! @ Gerudo Canyon Stable
• Good-Sized Horse @ Gerudo Canyon
• An Ice Guy @ Kara Kara Bazaar

Speak to characters at the following locations to activate Shrine Quests or Side Quests or assist with Main Quests (ie. Captured Memories):

• Gerudo Canyon - 1 Side Quest
• Gerudo Canyon Stable - 1 Main Quest and 2 Side Quests
• Gerudo Town - 1 Main Quest and 8 Side Quests
• Kara Kara Bazaar - 1 Main Quest and 1 Side Quest

Points of Interest

The following areas, while not towns or settlements, are large enough areas that should warrant exploring for the adventurous type and are often related to Shrines or other interesting places.

• Wasteland Tower
• Arbiter's Grounds - Molduga location
• Sand-Seal Rally - Small outpost South of Gerudo Town that offers races using Sand Seals
• South Lomei Labyrinth - A large rectangle labyrinth located in the Southeastern region of the desert, South of the Wasteland Tower on the mountan border between desert and Mount Granajh
• Tera's Great Fairy Fountain - Hidden Fairy Fountain located in the far Southwest corner by the Gerudo Great Skeleton and Hawa Koth Shrine
• Toruma Dunes - Found west of Gerudo Town - 1 Side Quest
• Southern Oasis - Molduga location
