A Ghost Orb is a piece of Evidence in Phasmophobia that you can use to determine what type of Ghost is haunting a map.

Ghost Orbs are small, floating, glowing orbs of light. When you place Video Cameras in a room or are using a Tier I Head Gear with the lights off, players who are viewing the video feeds in the truck with night vision on may see them floating about. If you've spotted ghost orbs in your camera feed, then you'll be one step closer to finding out just what type of ghost you and your team are dealing with.

Possible Ghosts with Ghost Orb Evidence

  • Banshee
  • Hantu
  • Mare
  • Obake
  • Onryo
  • Raiju
  • Revenant
  • Thaye
  • Yokai
  • Yurei

Heads up! The Mimic will always show Ghost Orbs, even though selecting Ghost Orbs as evidence in the journal will grey it out! Don't eliminate The Mimic straight away if you see Ghost Orbs, unless you find other evidence that rules it out (EMF Level 5, D.O.T.S, Ghost Writing).
