Golf Stat Dictionary

GIR Putts

GIR Putts is a statistic that shows the average number of putts per hole on holes that made GIR (Green in Regulation). This stat is calculated by adding up the total number of putts on holes that make GIR and dividing it by the total number of holes with GIR. Lower numbers indicate better performance, although a 0 value for GIR Putts can be due to either no GIR holes included in a report or because all GIR holes included holed out on shots prior to putting.

GIR Putts can be found on the Summary Report in the Putts section.
