Kuck Farms’ Turkey Ribs are pre-cooked whole white meat turkey on bone, ready to serve after a brief reheating. Slow-cooked in a vacuum-sealed package, our turkey ribs are moist, tasty and ready to accept many flavors. However, Turkey Ribs are slightly more susceptible to drying than pork or beef ribs. For your convenience, we have outlined several preparation techniques being successfully used by food service operators. We are confident that you and your customers will love the results: a meaty, tender and delicious BBQ experience. Bon appetite!

Fully Cooked Ready To Serve

Packaging: Vacuum Packaged Boil Bag

Shipments: All products are fully frozen prior to shipping and sent in foam insulated shipping containers complete with ice packs. Shipments are only made on Mondays to prevent perishable items from sitting over weekends.

Storage: Frozen

Shelf Life: 1 year Frozen 60 Days Thawed*

*Shelf life figures are based off of vaccum sealed sealed packages and storage temps of -10 degrees F for frozen or 32 degrees F for thawed.

Ingredients: Bone in turkey scapula meat, water, salt, sugar, and sodium tripolyphosphate.

Application: Food Service: Restaurants, Hot Deli, Catering, Hospitals, etc.

Preparation: Product is a neutral flavor so customers can season and/or sauce to their liking. Product is safe to eat right out of the bag but it is recommended to serve warm to enhance flavor and appeal.

   OMG! These are so freaking delicious! I am ordering a box to share with my extended family for thanksgiving. They won’t know what hit them. The meat slides right off the bone, and the taste is amazing. Add that up with the fact that they are a much healthier options, and you have an epic win!

      Online shipping in something relatively new to us and after gaining a few years of experience with it we realized that we either had to raise our prices or stop doing it altogether. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I just ordered 60 ribs to share with my family on the 4th of July and the ribs look amazing, but my issue is with UPS delaying my shipment by a day! The ribs were well packed in an insulated container with ice packs, but the ribs in the second box were not cold to the touch like the first box. They felt more like room temperature. I immediately placed them in my garage freezer. I believe the saving grace will be that the turkey ribs are precooked, so (hopefully) they won’t spoil as easily. I can’t wait to try these ribs and I gave them five stars due to the way they look and how well packed they were. Judging from the previous reviews, they sound like they deserve 10 stars!

    Ok…first and foremost, let me describe this product in one word…AMAZING! My package arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t wait to prepare some. I kept it simple. I brined them for a few hours, rinsed them, and seasoned them with a little garlic powder, onion powder and S&P. Sautéed them in a little olive oil and a small Pat of butter. Once browned on both sides…put the pan in the oven on 300 for about 8 minutes. Pulled them out and rested the ribs for 10 minutes. Maaan, that first bite…OMG! Thank you Kuck Farms…definitely a customer for life, from San Antonio, Texas!

    Turkey ribs arrived stiil partially frozen and very well packed. Grilled on my pellet grill with a little fajita seasoning and brushed with bbq sauce at 350 for 5 minutes each side. They were tender and delicious. Everyone loved them. Thanks for a great new to us, product.
