It is an encouraging phrase some people say to themselves when they wake up, or as a greeting word when they meet someone in the morning.

“Grand” means something magnificent or significant, while “Rising” is the action of going up or getting out of bed.

There is something different between “Grand Rising” and “Good morning”.
