Mutton Busting Rules and Information

• A maximum of 30 children may compete
• Cost per child is $20.00
• Event starts at 6:00 PM
• Parent or legal guardian must read, acknowledge, purchase and register the minor in the Mutton Busting Event
• Release forms and waivers must be acknowledged by parent or guardian at time of purchase
• Children must be between 5-10 years of age and may not exceed 55 lbs. (this is for safety of the animal)
• Contestants must wear long pants, boots or sturdy shoes (no flip flops, sandals or open toed shoes). Long sleeve shirts are also recommended.
• Protective helmets and vests will be required. Equipment will be provided by High Steel Rodeo.
• Must present ticket for entry at event.
