The HH made another batch of his delicious steak tips the other day and wanted to make sure I gave you the recipe. You know, because no matter the weather… snow, rain, sunshine, it’s always a good time to be grilling meat. 😉
If you love steak, you’ll love this recipe. If you love butter and garlic, you’ll REALLY love this recipe. Me? I just like the fact that I don’t have to cook and that the food magically appears around supper time. AND that there are usually leftovers as well.

Ingredients
Scale 1x2x3x2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces {about 1 1/2″ each} 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 teaspoon pepper 5 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Fire up the grill!
Toss the steak tips along with the olive oil, salt and pepper together in a bowl and place directly on the pre-heated grill grates and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Increase or decrease cooking time as needed to reach ideal internal doneness {we like ours medium well so we tend to cook ours to about a 155 degree internal temperature}.
In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the butter and sauté for about a minute, or until the garlic begins to brown.
Pour the butter sauce over the warm steak tips and garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
