You missed my point, I talked about the ability to counterGB after being Parried, not the ability of GB'ing after a Parry.I didn't bother to go into detail, but it doesn't only depends on the character you play against, it also depends on the one you play as. For exemple, Shugo can get a GB after parrying a Noobushi (Light or Heavy), but Kensei can only GB her on a Light Parry. Most of the heroes cannot Gb her after a Parry (at least on heavy parries, light parrying is another story as it takes longer to recover, sometimes enough to dash in and GB). Lawbringer can be GB'd after a Parry by most heroes though. But the point is, a GB after a Parry (if possible) is supposed to be free and safe.

Parrying a light gives you a longer window than a heavy.When you parry your opponent, he loses much of its stamina.When you parry an opponent which is out of stamina, he is automatically unbalanced and falls to the ground."This is from the Combat Manual, it's stated that a GB after Parry is supposed to be uncounterable, so being able to do it is an unintended exploitable design flaw.
