Guilty Gear Strive Season 2 Release Date, Characters, 1.18 Update ...

Guilty Gear Strive Season 2’s release date is approaching, and Arc System Works has released the patch notes for GGS update 1.18

Arc System Works also is producing a Starter Edition for GGS, which will be available in Japan in August, in addition to the second chapter. The main game, as well as Season 1 and its five DLC characters, will be included.

Chapter 2 is a balancing update, and its release date is fast approaching, with patch notes outlining what’s new.

Guilty Gear Strive Season 2 Release Date, Characters, 1.18 Update Patch Notes 

The second season of Guilty Gear Strive will be released on June 10th.

While the launch of the new balancing update is thrilling, many fans are also anticipating the introduction of crossplay. Although it isn’t quite mentioned in the patch notes for version 1.18. Arc System Works has stated previously that a cross-platform beta test will be available this summer.

Everything that is shared is just tweaked to the roster’s balance as well as universal mechanisms.

That wasn’t the end of it. The Guilty Gear Strive Starter Edition has also been unveiled by Arc System Works. This edition will be available on August 9, 2022, and will feature the base game as well as all of the Season Pass 1 content (including DLC characters Goldlewis, Jack-O’, Happy Chaos, Baiken, and Testament). It’s only been announced for Japan so far but seems probable that this bundle will make its way to the United States, at the very least in digital form.

When Testament was revealed in March 2022, Arc System Works confirmed that Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass 2 had been in the works.
