I would use either of the first two, but I prefer the second. Your third option would be understood, but it sounds strange to me. Wait for other opinions. Saludos PichaPuerto

El Puerto de Santa Maria (Esp) English British I prefer the second option. I would understand the "two halves" if you mean that you wanted two separate glasses of lager. If it's for practical purposes "could" is better than "can". In reality many people just say "half a (beer name) please. J

You could say it, it's perfectly understandable, but (in the UK, at least) we would normally say "(Could I have) two halves of ..... please(?). " W
