Hawkmoon Perks

IntrinsicParacausal Shot: Final blows and Precision damage using Hawkmoon gives stacks of Paracausal Charge. Also, the last round of your magazine deals bonus damage based on the number of Paracausal Charge stacks. However, stowing Hawkmoon on the final round removes the bonus.

How to Get Hawkmoon in Destiny 2

In order to get Hawkmoon in Destiny 2, you will firstly need to complete the As The Crow Flies quest, which can be started by meeting with the Spider in Tangled Shore. You’ll have to find feathers across the solar system.

As The Crow Flies (Hawkmoon 5 Feather Locations) Quest

1. The first one is right outside of Spider’s lair.
2. In The Sludge, EDZ on the platform in the center. It's close to the entrance for the Shard of the Traveler.
3. The third is on the Steppes, Cosmodrome landing zone. It's on the top corner of the building.
4. Go to Divalian Mists in the Dreaming City. The feather is by the large doorway enterance for the Last Wish raid and Blind Well.
5. From Archer’s Line on the Moon, go to the Hall of Wisdom and go all the way down the Shrine of Oryx. The feather is on the opposite side of the entrance in the round room.
6. Speak with Crow in the Tangled Shore. This completes As The Crow Flies and starts the Let Loose Thy Talons part of the quest.

Let Loose Thy Talons

1. Head to the EDZ and complete the mission “Cry from Beyond”. It will be marked on the map. Completing the mission gives you the Effigy of Hawkmoon.
2. Return to Crow in the Tangled Shore.
3. Generate and collect 50 Orbs of Power. Use masterwork weapons and your Super ability. This goes by quick since generating and collecting orbs count separately in the progress bar. Stay in Thieves’ Landing since you'll have to head back to Crow right after. 
4. Meet with Crow again.
5. Go to Trostland, EDZ and head to the Let Loose Thy Talons quest marker. As you go through the mission, make sure to pick up the feathers along the way. Their location will pop up when you're near them. (You can check out Crow’s Nest to get Lore from Crow. It’s in the location of one of the feathers hidden in a small room!) 
6. After analyzing all the feathers and completing the mission, visit Crow.
7. Next, players must defeat Champions or get Guardian kills in Gambit and in Crucible. This progress is percentage based so it goes by slowly. Also, the best place to get Champion kills is in Legend Lost Sectors. 
8. Lastly, complete the “The Crow and the Hawk” mission in The Sludge, EDZ to reforge Hawkmoon. This mission plays similarly to the “Cry from Beyond” mission from an earlier step.
9. Completing the mission gives you Hawkmoon!
