Ordered a newborn size and received a size 0. Company stated their sizing is different even after showing them their product was huge compared to the average newborn size. This was not a slight difference. Company agreed to give full refund but insisted I pay the return postage and handling.

Wish I had read the reviews here before I purchase. The item looked cute and with a high price tag, I chose khaki colour as I have a baby boy. But what they have sent me is clearly pink. When I contacted them they said it’s due to screen differences… Total scam and waste of money. The quality is also average.

DONT BUY FROM HERE – no invoice received, nor confirmation of order received until I emailed twice. labelled sizes don’t exist for Western countries to determine what you have. even if the size numbers that some of them have,‘they are inconsistent. the downside of drop shipping is there is no explanation on the goods as they are straight from China. The cutest outfits – I'm very pleased with my purchases. I've been ordering for a little over a year now and haven't had any bad experiences. Everything has always come within the estimated time and the outfits are just so darn cute! Quality has been totally fine as well. Living in a warm climate, I'm obsessed with all the summer rompers and the swimsuits for my girl. I'll be back for more for sure!

Really poor quality- don't buy! – Paid $44 (on sale mind you) for a baby outfit and it is terrible. It's just been purchased from China and resold at x6 of the price. The threading is frayed, the prints are pixelated and awful quality. Please don't waste your money. You cod buy it on ebay for 1/8 of the price

Super cute outfits – I'm happy with my purchase. The packaging isn't great if you want to send them as a gift, but I love the outfits and one of them is actually my absolute favorite outfit for my girl. I'm considering getting it in the next size.

Beautiful outfits – I have purchased from Hazel and Bo three times now. Great clothes and the cutest cowboy boots. They have arrived really quickly. Sometimes the tracking is a bit out, having already arrived here when tracking says it is still in China but it has been very fast delivery on every purchase occasion.

Beware – Product arrived extremely late and can not return unless you pay shipping charges which are extremely high to ship to canada. Same items can be bought on amazon for way cheaper.

Product and service are [Content Removed] – Read reviews first. LESSON LEARNED. The site looks legit and American. Don't be fooled. Sizes are way off, product is low quality and coming from China. Returns are an incredible nightmare. Don't do it. Just don't do it.

Feels like a scam – Hazel and Beau did not deliver The dresses I bought. They say there is a discrepancy and the address and it was undeliverable. I have never had this problem before. Now they want me to pay the full price again to get the dresses I already Paid for. Sounds like a scam to me. I will not do any more business with them whatsoever.

Cheap China rubbish – Definitely WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. Received the chicken bellbottoms.. Stitching hanging off in multiple places, unfinished, press studs dont align & its cheap synthetic fabric. Does NOT match Hazel & Bo's claim of " highest quality fashion picks". They make out they are a small business in Canada but these are made & shipped from CHINA. Cheap rubbish!! So disappointing.

Poor customer service not worth it – Poor customer service and returns was not offered a refund when my item was out of stock. Wasn’t told it was out of stock it just never arrived. Annoyed to only get store credit and have to pay shipping again for an item I don’t even want. Took weeks to even get a response.

Don't buy. Overpriced and their sizing is wrong – I bought 2 sets of swimmers and chose the size 12-18 months for both of them. One of them would fit a 12-18 month year old and the other would have fit a newborn 0-3 months. set up our own sizing as the measurements may slightly vary depending on different outfit styles. As per checking, the sizes you got is correct.' I was shocked that they think the sizing was correct when it was way off and could not possibly fit a 12-18 month old. I asked for them to exchange the size and they made me pay for it to be returned to Candada (even though it was their mistake for sending the wrong size). The return postage from Aus was very expensive so my 2 pairs of swimmers ended up costing way more than I originally anticipated. I wish I did more research before buying and read the reviews properly before purchasing from them because you can actually buy the items they sell on Ali express for way cheaper.

Regret not researching first – I did it. I got sucked in to their Instagram advertising. Should have done a quick search on all their terrible reviews. After receiving the terrible quality items I did some digging and it seems to be a bit of a scam where they are just shipping you super cheap clothing from shein and Temu for a super over inflated price. Don't have regret like I do!

“return to sender” return as their overseas mailboxes are apparently not monitored (I’m in Australia, the item came from china.) I eventually got a 50% refund on an item I had to bin.

Rubbish. Sizings are completely out – Ordered clothes for an 18 month to 2 year old, and for a 6 month to 12 month old. What arrived would not fit either. So angry with myself for not looking for these reviews first. Everything came from china with a re-routing sticker on the package. Took ages to arrive. Totally unimpressed. Zero stars would be a better rating.
