Healing Crystals That Should Not Be Cleansed In Water Or Sunlight
Maybe your like
Water and Sunlight are commonly used to Cleanse and Clear Healing Crystals. However, there are certain stones and crystals that should not be placed in water or sunlight as it could cause permanent damage or discoloration.
Some stones, like malachite and copper, can even become slightly toxic if exposed to water. In addition, it is important to note that depending on your location and your water source, the water’s PH level may affect stones differently.
Some stones should not be placed in the sunlight for extended periods of time as it can cause colors to fade or become discolored. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can also cause some stones to become brittle and possibly crack or break more easily.
The following is a list of common stones that should not be cleansed in water or sunlight. PLEASE NOTE that this is NOT a complete list and some stones may not be listed. We are updating our list as we add new stones to our store!
