For now, Funimation is pushing Jujutsu Kaisen 0 for an exclusive theatrical release. So, if you wish to watch the anime movie on March 18th, you have no choice but to visit a theatre near you.

Generally, anime movies arrive on streaming platforms like Crunchyroll and Funimation after their international theatrical run is over. For instance, Demon Slayer Mugen Train arrived in the US theatres in April 2021, and it was available to stream on Funimation starting June 2021.
