I don’t understand then, if you’ve toggled on walk and press middle mouse you walk until you let go. If you toggle on run and press middle mouse you run until you let go. But you said “hold to run. or hold to walk depending on what the current toggled state is.” so you implied you already had to toggle. And “autorun” already walks/runs at your current toggled speed too. So yeah. If you want a separate button for something else then macro it.
