What can be returned? Products that are unused. Products that are new and show no signs of wear to either the product or the packaging.If you have ordered a colour that does not match and CAN NOT be blended without notice by a professional spray painter we will rectify the colour and return to you at no extra cost.If you believe the colour is mixed wrong it will need to be returned to us for assessment. You may be charged for the return freight and refunded once the colour is assessed and rectified.If the colour is wrong and you have applied it to the job, we take no responsibility for any loss of time or product. Colours must be checked and approved by the applicator before it is used.Touch up paint that is applied by brush will not match exactly and will not be refunded unless the colour is entirely different. eg green was ordered and you received white.To submit your return please read the rest of these conditions then send an email to [email protected] with the subject Return.
