Please read all instructions and precautions prior to use.

Directions for use:

• Open the sachet by hand and remove the warmer.
• The warmer is air-activated.  Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use the warmer. 
• Shake the warmer again if it cools down.
• For external use only.

Storage:

Store at room temperature avoiding direct sunlight and extreme dryness.  Keep out of reach of children and pets. 

Caution: Burn Hazard: Follow all precautions carefully to prevent skin burns

• Please note that skin burns may occur even if there is no actual burn sensation. 
• These warmers are designed only for use in the palms of the hands.  Do not use on any other parts of the body.  Do not use for medical treatment or pain relief.
• Check the skin condition over the application area every hour when you use the warmer for a long period of time.  If any abnormal situation occurs (e.g. a rash develops), stop using immediately.
• Stop using immediately if the warmer becomes uncomfortably hot.
• Do not use whilst sleeping.
• Do not use for longer than stated.
• Do not use with other heating device.
• Do not apply extra pressure on the warmer, for example in the pocket of tight trousers.
• Do not use the warmer on those unable to remove it by themselves such as infants/children, the elderly and disabled people.  Do not use the warmer when you cannot remove it immediately.
• There is increased risk of burn when used inside warm environments.
• Persons with allergies; arthritis; sensitive skin; diabetes; circulatory problems; nerve damage or paralysis may be more susceptible to burns and should seek medical advice prior to use. 

Precautions:

• Do not use over bruised, inflamed or swollen skin, over scarred skin, over open wounds, over frostbitten skin, skin which cannot sense hot/cold sensation. 
• Do not cut, tear, pick or make holes in the warmer.  Warmer contents could spill and damage skin/clothes. 
• If the warmers are torn or the heating ingredients come into contact with the body, rinse the affected area with water.  If any abnormal situation occurs (e.g. a rash develops, itch, pain, burn etc.) seek immediate medical attention.
• Do not allow the inner heating ingredients to get into the eyes or to be swallowed.
• In case of accidental intake of the inner heating ingredients, rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical attention.  In case of contact with the eyes, do not rub.  Rinse with clean water and seek immediate attention.
• Do not microwave/reheat.
• Each warmer is single use
• Use only as directed
• Use by expiry date.

Ingredients:

Iron, activated carbon and water
