How Did Kenny (South Park) Come Back?

In the third to last season of South Park, they decided to kill Kenny off permanently. This didnt sit well with fans, as neither replacement character was considered acceptable. His soul had possessed Cartman for a time (Cartman drank his ashes, thinking they were chocolate milk mix), and later was exorcised and put into a pot roast. If I remember correctly Kenny just walked up to the bus stop like nothing happened following a line by Kyle something to the effect of: "Wow, what a wierd dream, hopefully things will get back to normal...oh Hi Kenny." On the Christmas episode, I believe it was that one, Cartman, Stan, and Kyle are all standing by a tree, and Kenny walks over, and Kyle asks where hes been, and Kenny replies, over there. Come on now L-188, there's been plenty of good episodes since. I also agree with the class president one, it got so out of hand and hilarious. But what about the one were the kids and Jesus go to save Santa after he was shot down over Baghdad? That was freakin highlarious! The references to 'Black Hawk Down' and 'Three Kings' were great! I think it was in season 2 or 3 with the Underpants Gnomes and Tweak. Great episode! How the gnomes were shocked when they accidently killed Kenny: -Kenny gets crushed by a mine cart -"Oh my god you killed Kenny...so what is this 3 step plan?" -Gnome "Oh my god, we killed your friend!" -"ya ok, so what is this plan?" -Gnome "We crushed him like a bug!" Southpark has been going downhill since the end of the first season. Hmm, the sponsors dont seem to think so... hence CC renewing it over and over again (three contract renewals since 1998) Also, the artwork has notably switched... from the construction paper and hand-drawings of the first season, to almost complete CGI now.
