How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "My Orders" on the SHEIN website or app.

2. Select the order you would like to cancel.

3. Check if there is a "Cancel" button next to the order.

• If the button is available, you can cancel the order directly.

• If the button is not available, the order can no longer be canceled due to its current status.
