On the app, go to My Profile > Membership > Unsubscribe.

Please note:

You will end the credit agreement with us when you unsubscribe. This means you must immediately pay any balance owing to us (remaining instalment payments, overdue subscription payments).
If you delete the app without unsubscribing first, you remain liable for subscription and instalment payments.
