Why the Experience is showing as a DRAFT

When an Experience is being created, it will be in a Draft state. The Experience will continue to be shown as a Draft until you schedule your Experience to begin, or by manually starting it with the 'Now' option.

Participants will not be able to see or complete any Missions while an Experience is in draft.

How to start your Experience

You can start or schedule your event via the start & end tab in the Studio. When you start your Experience, your event's status will change from Draft to Live. Once an Experience is Live, participants can see and complete Missions.

Full instructions for launching your Experience to your participants can be found here.

Go through our Getting Ready checklist here to make sure you have everything you need before pressing start.
