First, it's ur vpn or proxy contain blacklisted ip address. Public server usually can be ABUSED by ANYONE (e.g spamming, ddos, doxxing,....) and they can leave safely without trace. Second, ur dns server (very rare) issues banned ip by hypickle cuz dns server assign random ip to join internet. if you feel unfair, just appeal. click here. Appeal team will work on ur appeal and can decide you will unbanned or not
