How do I know when I will graduate?

To check if you've completed all your courses to be eligible to graduate, start by reviewing your Program Planner and Program Handbook to make sure all required courses are ticked off. Ensure there are no outstanding credits, incomplete grades, or pending assessments or placements.

After checking Program Planner, if you believe you have met all the requirements of your degree program, you can confirm this by downloading your unofficial transcript from myHub in the week following your fully graded date. The unofficial transcript will state if you have qualified for your degree.

If all of your course results have been included on your unofficial transcript and you do not see a notation indicating that you have been qualified in your degree you will need to contact your Program Advisor at [email protected]. If you are eligible to graduate, Graduation invitations will be sent to eligible graduates via a personalised email invitation to your primary email address as listed in myHub six weeks prior to the relevant ceremony. The invitation will direct you to the online registration form where you will register if you will/will not be attending, or wish to defer your graduation ceremony.

Please note: If you do not register your preference, you will not be added to the ceremony list, nor will your graduation documents be mailed to you. You should read all the information in the invitation carefully to avoid disappointment as cut-off dates apply. The dates for Graduation ceremonies are available online at Graduation Dates. Please ensure that your contact details are current at all times in myHub and you continue checking your primary email account. Information may be sent to you for several months following graduation. If you are no longer able to access myHub and need to update your contact information, please email [email protected] and advise of any change of contact details that may be required.
