How do I remove turbo tax deluxe and just use the basic package? It won't let me change the service after deciding not wanting to use deluxe.

The only way to downgrade if you don't want to use Deluxe, is to Clear and Start Over.

Know that each version of TurboTax is designed to handle different tax situations and their associated forms. While you’re welcome to downgrade, you may miss some features, which means you could miss some deductions or credits. This could result in a lower refund or higher tax bill.
