If you look outside the black market on the street, you can get up the pipes into her apartment. #1 Burdpal View Profile View Posts 18 Sep, 2017 @ 3:16pm You can't get her key until you are in the room with her.You can steal from that Black Market by using Foresight to enter a rat tunnel via a room behind the Black Market, which is accessable via Displace. Place a Displace marker, while in Foresight, inside that Black Market room that has a clear line-of-sight to the metal rails in the shop window. Then, go to the normal entrance of the Black Market by using the stairs, and Displace into the room. As far as I know all black markets can be robbed with Billie's skills only. Not really, you have to have completed the game once so you should be able to know the codes.
