This video shows you how to check the status of your Norton Automatic/Annual Renewal Service and how you can easily turn off the service if you wish to no longer use it.

 

This document provides you the steps to turn off or cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal service for your product to prevent future automatic billing and renewal. You may need to follow these steps if you have got a new Norton product and need to cancel the service on a previous product which you no longer use.

If you cancel the Automatic Renewal service on your current product, you must manually renew your subscription before it expires or risk losing your Norton Protection.

  1. Sign In to Norton.

  2. In the My Subscription tab, next to the Norton product for which you want to disable Automatic Renewal, move the slider to OFF.

  3. In the Automatic Renewal page, select a reason from the dropdown and click Continue.

  4. Click Turn Off. Your Norton product prompts you to manually renew the subscription when it expires next time.
