How Does Pre-ordering On Work?

How do I place a pre-order?

Search for the item you're looking for in the search bar. If the item has not been released, you'd see a pre-order button and its release date. Hitting the pre-order button will take you to the checkout page, where you can select your preferred delivery and payment methods. Check your order details, click 'place your order', and you're done!

Are there deposits?

When do I get charged for my pre-order? We do not collect deposits when you place a pre-order. You only get charged on your selected payment methods when we ship your order. This usually happens a few days before your planned delivery dates.

What is release date delivery?

When you pre-order eligible items before the cut-off date and choose One Day Delivery to an eligible area, we will dispatch the item before the release day, with the intention that you get it on the release day. Release Date Delivery is available for items that ask 'Want it delivered the day it's released?' on the product detail page. Items that don't display this message on the product detail page aren't eligible. The message will stop displaying when it's too late to get it by the release date. When will my pre-order arrive?

We will ship out your pre-order as soon as we can. Check for the latest update on your pre-order by visiting Your Orders. Learn more about tracking your order.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel items or orders that have not been shipped. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, you can't change it. If it has not been shipped yet, cancel an item or an entire order, by visiting Your Orders. Learn more about cancelling orders.

What is the Pre-Order Price Guarantee?

The Pre-order Price Guarantee applies to eligible not-yet-released items. The Pre-Order Price Guarantee is available for items that says 'Pre-order Price Guarantee! Order now and if our price decreases between your order time and the end of the day of the release date, you'll receive the lowest price.' Items that don't display this message on the product detail page aren't eligible.

Whenever you pre-order an item eligible for the Pre-order Price Guarantee, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by us between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date. Learn more about the Pre-Order Price Guarantee.
