How does "Qualifying" work?
Last Updated: 443dYour Driver's and your car's Qualifying stat will determine your Qualifying score. We use this score to work out what your perfect Qualifying lap time would be for your equipped loadout.Your Driver's Qualifying stat and the total of your Components Qualifying stats are added together to give your Driver a Qualifying score. This score is then used to determine your Qualifying lap time; the higher your Qualifying score, the higher the chance of a quicker lap time and higher starting position on the grid!If two or more drivers share the same Qualifying lap time, then the Driver with the higher Qualifying stat wins and will qualify higher.Having the highest Qualifying score will significantly increase your chances of higher Qualifying performance, however this will not necessarily guarantee Qualifying ahead of your opponents in all scenarios. Some unpredictability has been retained to make the overall experience as realistic as possible!
