How long does it take to get an EIN number

Here is a link to the application for an EIN on the IRS web site

https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/how-to-apply-for-an-ein

If you complete the application online you can get your EIN immediately; the mail- in process takes about 4 weeks.
