There is an objective incentive at the end of your second year (40-60 hours) but its not really required and you can play the game in endless mode at your own pace.*edit: there isn't a specific mode called endless. but you can keep playing your game even after the two year 'rating incentive' and play at your own pace. The review after the second year is basically just a score thing related to achievements. It has no other impact on the game. Yes. And besides the little evaluation, you can take your time for everything. Do you want to spend 10 years to restore the Community Center? Nothing will stop you from doing that.
