Q: How many balloons do you need to create the arch and 2 columns? I know there are 60 balloon clips, but the pic looks like more.

You need 128 Eleven inch latex balloons to create an arch. The balloon rings hold four balloons, so 32 balloon rings are used in the creation of the arch.
