Messages 459 Location United Kingdom Type of diabetes Type 1 Treatment type Insulin Guys on average how many carbs are in one 'normal' piece of say salmon or tuna sushi roll, not those tiny ones the normal one like this: I read somewhere that it's about 10g so 6 pieces would been about 6 unit's plus any additional items right? O

Retired Moderator Messages 21,884 Location Lincolnshire Type of diabetes Type 2 Treatment type Diet only I just had a look on the Tescos website at their sushi packs. They have about 8 different ones, vegetable, fish, chicken, etc. And each type has the nutritional values listed. For example, California Rolls (like in your pic above) work out at 46g carbs per pack, or 25.5g per 100g of sushi. https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/296651801 It would be a bit of a pain, but you could probably work out approx carb amounts by comparing the different packs. D
