Net carbohydrates is the total carbs minus the grams of fiber. A 100-gram avocado contains about 8 grams of carbs and about 6 grams of fiber. This leaves you with 2 grams of net carbs.

How Many Calories In An Avocado?

- ▢ Salt and pepper to taste
- ▢ 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ▢ 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ▢ Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Wash, peel, pit, and dice the avocados.
- Place the avocados in a large bowl.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and olive oil. Mix well and serve.
