In January 2022, he welcomed his latest child, Serenity ‘Hurricane’ Paula Johnson, with his fiancée, Selling Tampa’s Sharelle Rosado.

Johnson is not shy about posting pictures with his children on social media and in 2016, he told Graham Bensinger that “being a dad is really dope.”

He also explained that the “traditional way” of parenting “sucks” and that he feels it is actually “extremely easy” to be present in his children’s lives despite the fact that he has multiple baby mamas.

Prior to his relationship with Alexis, Johnson welcomed another daughter with Crystal Bates in 2015.

When asked if co-parenting was stressful in an interview with Madamenoire, he said no because he chose those specific women for a purpose — which they were aware of beforehand.

Johnson is currently engaged to Rosado, a real estate broker, and United States Army veteran.

Rosado has four children in total, three of which come from a prior relationship.

What did Chad Johnson accomplish during his football career?

Johnson was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals for 10 seasons.

In 2011, Johnson was traded to the New England Patriots, for whom he played in Super Bowl XLVI.

In June 2012, Johnson signed with the Miami Dolphins. However, his time with the Dolphins was cut short due to some infusion of scandal and controversy.

A few years later, in June 2021, Johnson made his boxing debut fighting against Brian Maxwell.

Since his debut, he has continued boxing and has appeared on some real estate reality shows, such as Selling Tampa.

Most recently, Johnson was selected as a nominee for the NFL’s Hall of Fame in 2022.
