I bought mine at Nectar and they have a one year return. Well now it's lumpy the edges feel like you'll fall off, hot, it's convex, junk, wake up with bad back, this is after a long 8 months with this thing. But when you try to return it they give you a number, if you email, If you call they come out with your waiting time is 7 minutes, every few minutes a message comes on press 2 to get call back, 30 minutes later, still waiting, then they shut you off. These folks are a scam, do some research on them, BBB and the likes. Stay away from this bunch, they're real carpetbaggers.Don · July 25, 2019 22 people found this helpful. Do you? Yes | Report Except that they disappear when attempting your return. Been waiting for weeks to here from someone about pickup and nada, even though I have sent multiple follow up emails. Seems like a huge scam - promise free returns, but just disappear when one is requested.Esther · July 23, 2018 7 people found this helpful. Do you? Once they receive the information we were allowed to dispose of the mattress ourselves. I actually cut one up before discarding, another one, used part for a replacement cushion and discarded the rest. They will replace your defective mattress. Really better and faster to deal with removal yourself. The zipper case is very nice so removed and kept the cases prior to discarding the mattresses. I was given permission to donate 1 mattress rather than destroy it. I'm ordering another twin from Amazon and also shopping to buy an Amazon's yoga mattress. Hope they post this and it helps bc that was the only way we could get the Nectar mattresses removed. We ordered directly from the company and the mattresses had 3 layers of foam with a nice cover. Might be counting that cover as one if the layers. Had terrible results ordering mattress pads, never received the correct items ordered but the company quickly credited the mistakes. see less Family has purchased several Nectar mattresses, queen, king and twin. Returned within the 30 day window and they came and picked it up, but still waiting on the refund to be credited to us over two weeks later. I've been told today that I should wait another week and then call back if i don't see it yet. they are telling me it takes a while to process the return but this is terrible. would never try a purchase like this with Amazon againAtlantaMom · October 6, 2019 4 people found this helpful.
