In order to take the NCLEX, a certain amount of money must be prepared. Depending on your choice, changes, and location of testing, it varies. How much does it cost you applying for the NCLEX Application?

If your dream is to really become an international nurse, you should be willing to di sacrifices. Regardless of the amount, always remember that this is worth taking the shot.

A person must be able to give a registration fee to be able to apply for the NCLEX examination. For those candidates interested in the U.S. and Australian licensure, they will have to pay $200. For those who are seeking a Canadian licensure/registration, they need to pay CAD 360. The payment should be given along with the requirements.

Note that the NCLEX examination fee is non-refundable and this applies to everyone with no exemption involved. On the day of the examination, as a requirement, you are to bring a valid identification. This is your passport that was used during application. Those who will fail to provide the said identification will not be permitted to take the exam and will need to register again and pay another $200 registration fee.

This is just a reminder for everyone to prepare the needed requirements ahead of time. Before going to your testing centers, be sure to bring the requirements with you. That is your opportunity to take and you wouldn’t want that missed just because of forgetting something.

To test internationally, there will be an additional international scheduling fee of $150 for the U.S. and Australian licensure exam, and CAD 150 for those people aspiring for Canadian licensure. It may include a value-added tax depending on where it will be applicable. For changing the nursing regulatory body after registration fee, there is a payment of $50 for the U.S. and CAD 50 in Canada. This option does not apply to Australia.

The additional payment is made this way as the exam will be done by the applicants in their own countries included in the list of international testing.

On the other hand, changing your exam type from RN to PN or vice versa after registration fee will require you to pay $50 and this is only applicable in the U.S. That is why before registering, be sure to pick your best option. Always recheck your application before you submit and also assess yourself on what is your aspiration in life. In that way, settling the application and the whole process can is swift.If you wish to change the exam language from English to French or the other way around, it will only apply to those wishing to apply for Canadian licensure with a fee of CAD 50.
