Canelo Alvarez came across Floyd Mayweather’s invincible aura in the hardest possible way, when the two locked horns in 2013 for the WBA and WBC super welterweight titles. The future P4P king got schooled by a prime Mayweather.

Alvarez has maintained that he was nowhere near his prime at that time. However, the unbeaten boxer looked favorable to dominate Mayweather under several parameters. Both men had put their undefeated records at stake, but it was Floyd Mayweather who retained it in style.
