When it comes to talking about how tall someone is, the past few months have seen Ben Shapiro brought to the limelight over his height. The controversy has struck so much curiosity in people’s minds, and, at the same time, amusement and confusion have been a general feeling surrounding the whole saga. New York Times Bestseller in 2013, Bullies: How the Left’s Culture of Fear and Intimidation Silences the Americans, is another Shapiro Success.

In his website, Daily Wire, Shapiro does not hold back on his views as he worked to expose and bring to light his ideas on the anti-abortion, especially when the cases involve rape incidences. He has also aired his support for small governments, religious liberties, and the freedom of speech.

Still, on his web page, Shapiro categorically expresses his opposition to the BDS movements. (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction. He has also worked too hard to expose the Anti-Semitic and Anti-Israel motivations behind the BDS.

I’m sure you are beginning to see just how deep the controversy surrounding Shapiro gets. Well, these are just a few of the many works that he has done. I wanted to get you a general scope of who Shapiro is. Having done that, now we get to talk about the elephant in the room.

What is Ben Shapiro’s height?

The debate on Shapiro’s actual height started being a matter of concern when a photo of him and Jordan Petersen got published. Desperate to have damage control, Shapiro said that that image was a work of photoshoot and that the accurate picture was the one he had uploaded. In as much as we may not be able to tell which one of the two was photoshopped, one issue remains clear: Ben Shapiro is not 5’9. If we were to follow the photo, he claims to be legitimate; his actual height comes down to 5’4. So, what is Ben Shapiro’s height?

The CelebHeights website claims that Shapiro’s height is 5 feet 6 3/4. In the same article, Shapiro himself is quoted on a Twitter post claiming to be 5’9. In another instance, when Shapiro was stopped from entering DePaul University, he was quoted claiming to be a five-nine, one sixty-five Jewish guy.

However, several photos have been taken of Ben Shapiro and other people whose heights are not controversial, unlike Shapiro, who clearly disapproves of his clams. In these photos, Shapiro is depicted to be shorter than 5’9 like he claims to be.

For instance, Ted Cruz has his height clearly known to be 5’8. He took a photo with Ben Shapiro, which clearly shows Shapiro to be shorter than Cruz. This, therefore, refutes his claims of being 5’9 and definitely isn’t Cruz’s 5’8 either.

This calculation placed him at 5’4, which is 162 cm. however, this calculation was met with several other concerns, including the question of the placement of the flag pole and whether or not the pole was the same.

Shapiro himself claims to be 5 feet 9, but in my view, and I’m sure I speak for many other people, that Shapiro is definitely not a 5’9 guy. In a photo of him with 5 feet 8, Cent Uygur, Shapiro looked nothing like 5 feet 9. Basing on the several other pictorial shreds of evidence and the comparison I have made earlier with the other people that Shapiro has taken photos with, my conclusion on Shapiro’s height is that Shapiro is between 5 feet 5 and 5 feet 6.
