What you need

Cricut Mug Press is activated through the Design Space software on a Windows or Mac computer.

Navigate to www.cricut.com/setup on a Windows or Mac computer.
Click in the search field and either type in your product or scroll and select your product.
Select the box to agree to Cricut Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click Download and follow the onscreen prompts to save and run the downloaded file.
Sign in with your Cricut ID and password. If you don't yet have a Cricut ID, create one to continue.
The new product setup screen will appear. Select Set up a heat press > Continue > Cricut Mug Press.
Follow on-screen prompts to connect your press, check firmware, and complete the activation.
When activation is complete, select Get Started or visit our Cricut Mug Press Fundamentals page.

Launch Design Space and log in with your Cricut ID and password.
Select the menu and choose Settings > Machines > New Product Setup > Start.
Select Set up a heat press > Continue.
Choose Cricut Mug Press, then follow the onscreen prompts to connect your press, check firmware, and complete the activation.
When activation is complete, select Get Started or visit our Cricut Mug Press Fundamentals page.

Note: Your press is automatically registered during activation.
