Your Fitbit tracker captures and records activity throughout the course of the day. One of the advantages of a Fitbit is the ability to use many alarms. We'll show you how to create and get rid of alarms.

The tracker must be set up.

2. Manage Alarms on My Fitbit

Add an Alarm

1. On your Fitbit, open the Alarms app.

1. Tap +New Alarm.

1. Tap the Time, and swipe to set the alarm time. Don't forget to set am or pm.

1. Press the back button on your device, and tap to choose the days you want to be alerted.

1. Press the back button to see your alarms. To turn off an alarm, tap the alarm icon.

How to Dismiss an Alarm

Your device vibrates and flashes when a silent alarm goes off. This notification repeats several times or until dismissed by tapping the button. If you don't dismiss an alarm, it repeats in 9 minutes.

Delete an Alarm

1. On your Fitbit, open the Alarms app.

1. Tap the Alarm.

1. Select Remove.

3. Manage Alarms for My Fitbit Using My Mobile Device

1. Launch Fitbit.

1. Tap the Today tab.

1. Tap your Profile Picture.

1. Select Your Fitbit from the account pane. In this case we are selecting Versa.

1. Tap Silent Alarms.

1. Tap Set New Alarm.

1. Swipe to adjust the time.
2. Tap Save and then Done.
