1. Traditional Bake
For that delicious restaurant quality taste.
-
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F
Wait until the oven is fully heated! A fully heated oven will make sure that the pizza comes out hot and delicious. Recycle our packaging while you wait 🙂
-
2. PLACE PIZZA IN THE OVEN
Place the pizza in the center of the oven. If the pizza is too close to the bottom of the oven, the crust will burn, and if it is too high in the oven, it won’t cook properly! Do not put the pizza on a pan or stone, as it will affect the cooking process. If you’re worried about cheese falling onto the bottom of your oven, you can place foil below to catch spills.
-
3. BAKE FOR 40-50 MINS
You want to make sure that your deep dish pizza reaches an internal temperature of 165°F! If you don’t have a thermometer, a good way to tell is if the sauce is bubbling. When pizza is done, we recommend using a spatula to scoot the pizza out of the oven and onto a surface that you can cut on, such as a cutting board or large plate. Make sure to wear oven mitts, as oven burns are not fun!
-
4. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES
To make sure that your pizza is set, and to prevent all of your toppings, cheese, and sauce from going everywhere when you try to cut it, let your pizza sit for five to ten minutes! To cut your pizza, we recommend using a large chefs knife, as a regular pizza cutter might not do the trick!
2. Quick Bake
Get your deep dish in half the time.

-
3. BAKE FOR 15-18 MINS
Position pizza on center rack in oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
-
4. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES
Take pizza out of oven and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting with a knife, not a pizza cutter.
Expert Tips & Tricks
-
Cheese Pull Glory!
When cutting, leave the center uncut. When a slice is lifted, the cheese will still be connected to the rest of the pizza and will result in a glorious cheese pull!
-
Creative Toppings!
Just like a regular thin crust, you can add your own toppings! We encourage you to get creative, but remember, any wet ingredients may change the texture of the sauce and cheese.
-
Cheese & Peppers!
Don’t forget the sprinkle of parmesan cheese and the red pepper flakes for the true Chicago slice!
-
Please Recycle!
Recycle your packaging! All of our packaging is recycling friendly.
