How To Be A Fan Of The SCP Foundation Series - WikiHow Fun

  1. 1 Know about the GOC, or Global Occult Coalition. This is the main rival group of the SCP Foundation. They both have one goal; to protect humans from anomalies. But, the GOC doesn't Secure, Contain, and Protect anomalies. They protect humans from anomalies by killing all of them, even Safe Class ones that aren't harmful. This can have disastrous effects. [18]
    • One example is when they destroy a harmless SCP chair - SCP-1609 (The Remains of a Chair). The chair is classified as KTE-0937-Velveteen at the GOC. Before the change, it was a benevolent chair that teleported near people that were tired, and wanted to sit down. They destroyed the chair into wood chips. After this happened, the remains of the chair became violent. When someone with weapons, armor, or is a worker at the GOC gets near the wood chips, the chips transport itself into the lungs of the person. The SCP became a paranoid killer. It became uneasy, worried about the next attack that could happen. It was once a Safe Class chair, but after this dangerous transformation, the remains were classified as Euclid. [19]
