How to manage subscriptions on PlayStation

Learn how to see your active subscriptions, how to find out when a subscription expires, and how to cancel PlayStation®Plus or other subscriptions including GTA+, EA Play, and Ubisoft+ Classics. 

How to check your PlayStation subscription payment plan online

1. Sign in to Account Management.
2. Select Subscription. You see a list of the subscription services you’re currently subscribed to.
3. Select a subscription to check the next payment date, or to cancel the subscription.

PS5 console: Check your subscription payment plan

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions. You see a list of the subscription services you’re currently subscribed to.
3. Select a subscription to check the next payment date, or to cancel the subscription.

PS4 console: Check your subscription payment plan

1. Go to Settings > Account Management.
2. Select Account Information > Subscriptions. You see a list of the subscription services you’re currently subscribed to.
3. Select a subscription to check the next payment date, or to cancel the subscription.

PlayStation App: Check your subscription payment plan

1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and choose Subscriptions Management. You see a list of the subscription services you’re currently subscribed to.
3. Select a subscription to check the next payment date, or to cancel the subscription.

How to cancel subscriptions on PlayStation

You can cancel PlayStation Plus (PS Plus), GTA+, EA Play, Ubisoft+ Classics, and other subscriptions on your PS5 console, PS4 console, in the PS App (mobile), or on the web.

Once you cancel your subscription, it’ll be deactivated starting from the next payment date.

Cancel a subscription online

To cancel any subscription on the web, including PlayStation Plus, GTA+, EA Play, Ubisoft+ Classics, Fortnite Crew, and other subscriptions purchased through PlayStation, follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to Account Management.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Select Cancel below the subscription you’d like to cancel.

If you’d like to keep your subscription, select Reactivate Subscription to keep it active.

PS5 console: Cancel a subscription

To cancel any subscription purchased through PlayStation, including PlayStation Plus, GTA+, EA Play, Ubisoft+ Classics, Fortnite Crew, and more, follow the steps below on your PS5 console.

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.

2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

3. Select a subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Additional cancellation method for select subscriptions

You also have the option to cancel certain subscriptions through the Game and App Services menu by following the steps below.

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services.

2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

PS4 console: Cancel a subscription

Cancel PlayStation Plus (PS Plus), EA Play

To cancel one of these subscriptions purchased through PlayStation (either in-game or on PlayStation Store), follow the steps below.

1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.

To cancel other subscriptions

1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service list.
2. Select the subscription from the list and select Cancel Subscription.

PlayStation App: Cancel a subscription

1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and choose Subscriptions Management.
3. Select Cancel below the subscription you’d like to cancel.

If you’d like to keep your subscription, select Reactivate Subscription to keep it active.
