To make an offer on Mercari, tap Make an offer next to Add to cart in the Mercari app.

Keep in mind that the minimum offer amount is set at 75% of the item’s price, but buyers can use coupons to save more money.

Cancel an Offer on Mercari

Offers on Mercari are binding. As a buyer, you will get charged the new price (the value of your offer) as soon as the seller accepts it.

If you send an offer by mistake or change your mind, you have to send a request to the seller as soon as you can and ask them to decline your offer. If they’ve already accepted it, you can ask them to cancel the transaction.
