Steps to Cancel: 

1. If you want to cancel your Massage Envy membership during your auto-renewal term, you must provide 30-day advance written notice.
2. Gather your membership agreement and read through the terms and conditions you agreed to.
3. Draft a letter. Include your full name, address, phone number, and membership sign-on date. Then state your desire to cancel your membership.  
4. Bring the letter to your “home” Massage Envy clinic (to the Massage Envy Spa clinic at which your membership originated) and deliver it to the front desk staff. 
5. Ask the staff member for a timeline of when you’re cancellation will be processed. Then find out the last day you will be able to use your Massage Envy membership and if any additional charges will come through on your account as your cancellation is processed.
6. Request documentation confirming your cancellation.
7. Your account now should be cancelled. Review your bank statement or credit card 30 and 60 days after you’ve cancelled to ensure that the cancellation has been processed.
