I have attempted numerous times to cancel my app “Calm”! It’s up for renewal in August 7, 2020! I tried going through my settings but all it gives me is different types of subscriptions (like monthly and yearly choices) but it does not say anywhere, cancel my subscription!

i contacted the help sept of calm and they said because I purchased the app through My iTunes account they cannot cancel my subscription, I need to go through iTunes To cancel the calm app!

i cannot see a place to cancel my calm subscription on my ITunes app!

please help since the renewal for the calm app is almost here and I wish to cancel it!

Hi adeline32,

We understand you'd like to cancel a subscription made via the iTunes & App Stores.

You can do so here: See or cancel your subscriptions.

Once you tap the subscription, you will have the option to cancel it.

As stated in the above linked article, 'If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.'
